The protection of our users’ personal data is a priority for us. You can expect us to handle your data with sensitivity and care, ensuring high data security. We comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG). Personal Data Submitted by You

If you provide personal data on our website, we store and use this data exclusively for the purposes to which you have consented when submitting the data.

If you contact us via the email address provided on the website, we store your name and email address. This data is transmitted along with your request via email to the mailboxes of the individuals responsible for handling the relevant inquiries.

Please note that communication is generally not particularly encrypted. However, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption for general protection of data transmission. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address bar changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock icon in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us usually cannot be read by third parties.

On some of our websites, you have the option to subscribe to newsletters. We analyze the open and click rates, as well as other usage data, with our service provider Mailjet. Your email address is stored in a recipient list to maintain the distribution list.

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter at any time and revoke your consent to receive and evaluate it by clicking the corresponding link at the end of the respective newsletter or by writing to info@dci-solutions.de.

Personal Data Collected Due to Your Use of the Website

The website can generally be used without the need to provide personal data.

LogfilesWhen you visit our website, the following data is automatically sent to our server and stored in a log file (log files) for 30 days:

    • IP-Adress
    • Date and time of access
    • Name and URL of the accessed file
    • Website from which the access occurred (referrer URL)
    • User agent (usually contains information about the browser used, the computer’s operating system, the manufacturer, and the model of the mobile device)
    • Amount of data transferred

The collection and processing of the above data are technically necessary for us to ensure the stability and security of our systems, to detect and protect against misuse (e.g., hacking or DDoS attacks), and for error analysis and troubleshooting. The data processing is carried out based on our legitimate interest according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the aforementioned purposes. We take state-of-the-art protective measures to ensure the security of the data.
